I actually don't mind the long queue times, this is what I have a problem with.

4/5 times I get close to login after waiting in queue, I get "log in server encountered an error" and then bumped back to the end of the queue after logging in again.

Essentially I am paying for a game right now that I cannot actually play. It's an interesting business model.

I'm totally understanding that it's a new expansion and everyone wants to play, therefore long queues but why can't you hold my spot in queue for a short time if the log in server is going to crash all the time?

Just lost my spot again, 2002'd, kept getting 2002'd while trying to log back in, and by the time I did I lost my spot.

What about the 90k errors. Get One of those? Enjoy another long que. They have had multiple expansions to work on issues like this.
I under stand server capacity issues and the difficulty in getting more servers.
But getting in game Taking hours or climbing in que for hours, to only have to start from the top of the que line all over again is just uncalled for.

3500 queue to log in, get disconnected every 30 minutes, have to re-queue again. Long wait to queue is unfortunate but understandable, having your login system borked is really poor though. Should never crash out of a queue.
