Just find a zone line, make an automated macro to hold down 'S' for x seconds to backpedal across said zone line once every ~20mins. No matter how intricate you make these checks, this:
is always the reality. People will find out better ways to circumvent them, until the anti-afk measures hinder innocent players far more than they do any good in removing circumventers.

The goal isn't to make an unbeatable check, it's to find the line of where people will lose motivation to beat it. Will there still be people who zone hop back and forth overnight? Absolutely. You know who this might stop, though? Housing bots, who spend hours upon hours camping every plaque that goes up (and are notoriously easy to fool if you buy a house and set a retainer up in front of the plaque), and town afk dancers and posers who don't seem to ever level past whatever point it is they need to be to wear their glam and just idle all day every day for days at a time even during the queue crisis.Which would also be easy to beat.
