Grubhub promo is bad and unfair

I'm speaking mostly about those who don't live in the US or have access to Grubhub.

Why in the hell is Square still doing this terrible promotions that only a certain few can ever get, even in the rules the amount of codes for the pizza emote is limited and considering how unique the emote is, feels very unfair for those who already have it hard to even play the game.

I understand that Square also wants to make money, that's why the store exists and still people understand that the game itself is good, the store items are mostly cosmetic, some of them could been obtained in previous events easily or if you're really interested you can wait and buy them later, but with these promotions is not only very predatory as the fees for delivery plus tip before taxes can reach a high amount but again, only a certain few can even try to get them, it's so bad for a company and a team that seems to focus so much on making their players happy.

This is mostly a rant but also a question to those who read this, are you fine with these kinds of promotions? like the old black chocobo and the maid dress, or even more recently the butterfinger mount? What are you thoughts about this?

My understanding its for the Game Awards or something so they sort of have to since I think GrubHub is a sponsor... or I could be wrong with the last part

It is a game awards promotion which Grubhub is a sponsor of. It is not a normal FFXIV promotion.

It's rather tiresome to see new promotions take place when some of the previous promotions have not yet made their way to all regions.

It's a promotion for the Game Awards which has an existing partnership with Grubhub. SE didn't seek them out specifically.

Well it does not really benefit FF14 really unless GrubHub giving them a cut. However I think I saw it on FB
