Steps:
1. Talk to Chanti and select "Allan Stones of Aphorism (DoM)"
2. Go to "Accesories" tab
3. Select "Moon ward Ring of Healing"
4. When trying to click on item, you will get message "Unable to complete exchange. You can only possess one of that item"

Explanation:
For the Allagaon Stones, the rings haven't been considered as an unique item so you could but two rings. But now, Aphorism rings are considered Unique, not only for healers.
For example, you can buy two rings of Augmented Scavian, Cryptlurker, Crystarium, Shire and etc.

Not a bug. Tome rings always start off as Unique (can only have one per character) until they remove that property in the next expansion.
