Kick or ban afk dancers

People have been doing this for months. I always wondered why you would waste your time dancing in front of the Ul'Dah aytherite. It is generally the same people. I don't think they need banned, kicked off the server maybe, but not banned.

I say ban because they know what they're doing when the ques are like this. Kick with 1 warning, ban if they repeat.
