MCH and Flamethrower

Here's my question
How's a freaking Flamethrower not generate heat?
Would make the ability feel better at least, lol

That's why I never really used it, well that and there is literally a 100% chance that a pack of mobs large enough to warrant Flamethrowers halfassed dps, will be moved or an aoe will be placed on you forcing you to move cancelling out the ability.
