I work days. I get off and come home and the first thing I do is get in queue. 5013th. I stay in queue for about an hour, get to maybe 3000th, BOOM. kicked out of the lobby. Client and launcher close down totally. Load it ALL up again to MAYBE connect to the data center.

I struggle to get back in with your god awful slow clunky MONSTER of a launcher, get back to my queue, am back at 3000th. Cool, I got my place back. I wait another hour and a half in queue, get to about 1900th in queue, BOOM! Kicked out of lobby and client closes.


Why have you made the launcher and client CLOSE on people? Why? What sense does that make?

Patch the client so it doesn't CLOSE on people!


I'm so sick of reentering my password and one time passcode over and over to MAYBE get back in queue.

I'm just done. I haven't been able to play hardly at all since release because of this.

You give us free game time, but that doesn't matter since we can't log in to play!!

You absolutely can afford to upgrade your servers to handle this, just based off of overpriced store crap you sell alone.
