DX11 error in one specific zone

That sounds like some kind of corrupt file/drive issue if the game is straight up not loading assets when you are actually able to get into the zone. I'd definitely do a file check if you haven't already.

I also started getting a weird DX11 error after the maintenance earlier this week, but it happens only when I'm trying to exit the game and thus is more or less harmless.
