MSQ 'Beneath the Surface' will not progress after doing the dungeon Anamnesis Anyder

I'm in Shadowbringers MSQ, doing the quest 'Beneath the Surface'. It requires me to complete the dungeon 'Anamnesis Anyder'. I completed the dungeon last night but then lost connection to the server (likely due to the high amount of traffic in game) right as I left the dungeon. Since then I have run through the dungeon 3 times and still the MSQ does not update, no matter what I do. The objective still remains 'Use the Duty Finder or Trust to enter Anamnesis Anyder'.

I think my abrupt server disconnect may have messed up my progress and now the game no longer recognizes that I have completed the dungeon. I've been putting in tickets and have been hoping a GM would contact me but have gotten no response...
