Is the Menphina's Earring bonus still available for buying Endwalker? I can't seem to find the appropriate link.

Sadly no the distribution ended with the official release about 3 days ago. The only exp boosting ear ring still obtainable is the Bozjan Earring which dose the same 30% exp under lv80 but is only equipable at lv71 an above. (I think it's 30% could be 10% idr)

It's 10%.

Also important to note, it does not work to increase EXP in bozja.
