Can we freeze gametime?

Hi, I tried searching but didn't get a clear answer.

Is it able to freeze/pause gametime? I'm not able to play the game because of the long queues so I'm feeling like I'm wasting my money.

I get home from work at 6:30pm, and it takes about 2 hours to log. I can't afford that unfortunately ):

I honestly don't know but i think you'd be better served by contacting Customer Support instead of the Technical Forum. Mainly because they would be the ones that could answer that. MY GUESS would be no unfortunately, but it's worth a shot to ask I mean the worst they could say is no. perhaps you could spin it in a way they like and can find a way to help you out, but i'd stay cool and calm they'll be more apt to help you then. I wish you luck!!

SE already did that for you. They extended game time for 7 days for anyone that has an active sub (pre-pay or game card). If the problems persist beyond 7 days, they plan to extend further.

If you legitimately don't know about this, I'd recommend keeping an eye on the lodestone or the news feed in the launcher. SE is really good about being transparent on things like this.
