world transfer service?

Approximately when should a person expect the transfer service to be available?
I've been checking daily since I discovered a server that better suits my hours of gameplay with the least queue problems.

PLEASE unlock the world transfer service on the mogstation. I don't want to walk away from 8 years of my life.

In all honesty, I wouldn't expect the continuation of world transfer service until the problem with server congestion is at a point where it's more manageable. Unfortunately, the answer to when that will be is anybody's guess. With the claim that new server hardware is impossible to acquire and will remain that way for months to come, the only other solution SE really has is to wait until a reduction in server loads. Whether it be because post xpac popularity slows down or people get fed up and just quit the game, SE is basically saying that the hardware is at it's limit.
