Make a singleplayer FFXIV version. An FFXIV Remake, if you will.

They attempted to turn FFXI into a mobile game, but that project failed, mostly because they outsourced it and the company responsible made promises they couldn't keep.

So umm, do the MSQ and use trusts when available? Sounds easier to just make trusts work retroactively and add some random soldiers to be the rest of your group when the game doesn't allow it.

The normal version of trials and raids are easy enough.

Ffxi is single player with the trust system.

It sort of is a single player game, well as soon as you reach the Trust System. You can mostly play it that way save for a few Trials

To anyone against this idea or thinking it's stupid, consider how this beautiful game and story is going to be preserved 10-20 years from now.
