We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, disable everything. Additionally, please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: drive as this would further prevent issues. While reviewing the system information provided, we noticed that there are programs running that could possibly interfere with the game, please be sure to close these out [NVIDIA, Slack, Steam, Slack, Xbox, etc.] to see if it may make a difference. Lastly, are you able to access other characters?
