Sever Queues

Hi, I been constantly in queue all day, trying to get back in game. While in que, I finally was able to get down to the 800s after a few hours, but then it will kick me and then toss me to the back of the line. I find this unfair as this most likely has happened to multiple people as well. Shouldn't there be priority systems in place so players who become kicked can get back in line in their rightful positions prior to being kicked?

i get the congestion issue and waiting in the queue, but kicking out is unacceptable, not only we have to be in queue but also babysitting the client so we can open the game again, how difficult it is to NOT make the game closing and reconnecting to the place we were in the queue before?

this should be fixed ASAP, it's not an acceptable experience for consumers.
