Unlearned spells

I have an SMN in the account and I have a problem with some spells that I cannot get because I already did the job missions before the expansion and now they are unlearned. Energy Siphon had it before the new expansion, and now I can't use it. Ruin III can't learn it either, because they don't give me missions anywhere anymore. I have combed the cities of Ulda´h, Gridania, Limsa and nothing. I'm at level 57.
Name character: Ireth Cyreide, I have only been able to enter with this character, the others do not know how they will be.

You don't "unlearn" abilities. Go to your Actions and Traits menu. If they aren't listed there, then the abilities are no longer available. If they have "Cannot assign this action to hotbar." then it dynamically assigns itself in place of another action under its appropriate circumstances.

Same for me as well. That ability is grayed out, so I cannot assign it at all. I just figured they added it to quests in later msq story.

When trying to use it, it says that I have not learned it, and as I said I had it and used it before the expansion.

A greyed-out ability is a removed ability. Check your spellbook and you can assign the spells that are new. If the skill is gone it's gone.
