When was Pre-order bonus cutoff after delay

I've been digging and digging around to try and find something "official" on what the last day was. I saw was because I am guessing it is past. I got my Menphina’s Earring, but I bought a copy for a friend of mine yesterday (12/8/2021) on Steam and I was really hoping that she would get on earring too. But everything I read said look in the "CD Key" for the early access/pre-order bonus key. There is a key there, but the Mog Station would not accept it for the pre-order entry.

well, it released on the 7th, so buying after release would miss the "pre-order" criteria in every possible way.

Oh, I thought the release was the 10th heheh... Yes that makes sense. Any why it would release on Friday, not sure why I would think that lol. Brian fart.

Oh well, at least she is very excited to be playing either way ^_^

May be a blessing in disguise that she doesn't have it. It would make her more likely to be overlevelled early on making things easier. Which for some can reduce the fun of something when the challenge is removed.

Oh, she isn't "new" but she is only just finishing Heavensward. She plays a DRG, but having the earing for other jobs would have still been handy.

You get level synced for dungeons, trials and raids so your level is irrelevant past "you can queue for this or not".

Unless you were talking about overworld, which is not challenging (nor supposed to be).
