2nd night unable to play because of LONG queue times

Tell me something. Day 1 of early access, when this problem showed itself, what do you think would have been SE's acceptable approach?

There are companies that "lend" servers for money, so when the problem occured they could have lend outside servers to backup their structure for the time they set up their own servers. Kinda unload the angry mob, meanwhile try to build up own servers and data centers for the new players. Kinda win-win, fans are happy with short queue and SE is happy becouse fans are not refunding, not complaining, action on the market go up and they have more time to build structure under their own hardware.

Additional gaming time is ok but it doesnt solve the main problem of it...which is unacceptable long queues along with 2002 errors, I can sit in a 2k line but I need quaranty that after sitting those 2k places I will get into the game and not get 2002 error when I am sitting at #1 place. So either new servers or auto-reconnect function of the lobby to avoid getting kicked from the line becouse of server side.
