    Just taggin to show support for people not satisfied

    this situation is unacceptable. It doesn't matter how much we understand or love this teams product. This needs to be fixed. They need to think out of the box, or shift around available servers from other parts of SE, w/e it is... the answer can't be (whelp our hands are tied until we get those new equipment in).

    Logging in times is unexceptable

    OK I can understand some congestion. But lets get real. it takes me FOUR HOURS to get logged in literally. then I finally get in and an trying to get a few things done. in the first mission of the new expansion boom back to log in. and back to 3000 that is three thousand in line another FOUR HOURS. If you cannot fix something and do it soon. you will be loosing customers and I will be one of them.

    Yes. The answer to the problems are actually pretty simple. Rent servers, migrate over to the new servers when they arrive

    Back to house at 7pm after work, log in queue, 10pm still in queue, no more time to play.... can't play for the last 4 days....

    I took a week off and thus was able to finish Endwalker by logging in early every morning. Now i'm back to normal schedule and facing the prospect of not being able to play... at all.

    I've got over 6 years worth of sub, and kept subbed even times I wasn't playing everyday, just so that I could hop on at any time.

    I've cancelled my auto-renew and my sub will expire in a few days. In some ways, that will help queue times; I'm sure in a few months enough of us will give up to make the queue workable, however, that's the worst way to reach equilibrium.

    Even if you do get in finally after 2 hours you get kicked and guess what... Back to the long que.. This is not looking good on SE at all.. get your ducks straight and do what needs to be done.. and it isn't our nets sever or routers.. its your login servers and stability of your servers

    The thing that I don't get with arguments like this is, are you saying a major business that wants to please their playerbase has not already thought of this? Do you honestly think a company that puts large margins into making quality games and game experiences hasn't explored and exhausted any option that they could think of?

    Because if you do, I do not think we are talking about the same company.
