If you really want a fix, you can simply adjust Bloodfest at 60s (And maybe only giving 2 Cartridges) so you are garanteed to get a Double down in your No Mercy window.

Making a button solely exist for another button is just button bloat imo. The 90sec Bloodfest at least means you aren't using it every NM at least. So if you wanted to reduce it to 60sec, just combine them at that point, make Bloodfest give two gauge and turn into Double Down after or something similar.

At that point you might as well remove Bloodfest and make Double Down cost no cartridges.

I was stating that if the person wanted to make BF 60sec, to make it still give two gauge and turn into a free double down. I'm open to better ideas though.
