Revert the three cartridges back to two along with Bloodfest, and make Double Down cost one cartridge.

Let me preface this by saying that I enjoy Endwalker GNB. Heart of Corundum is amazing, Double Down is satisfying especially in mob pulls, uptime on Aurora with it's stacks is useful, and even Hypervelocity, that I wasnt too keen on considering it was another oGCD, is neat.

My issue is the third cartridge that came with the two cartridge cost of Double Down. GNB went from, on the low end, only needing one cartridge for an No Mercy burst to a mandatory three or your whole rotation is borked. This means that you spend most of your time 1-2-3ing for your next NM burst instead of using your cool new Hypervelocity after Burst Strike in between Gnashing combos. Not to mention how out of luck you are if you even think about spending a single gauge not on Gnashing or in an NM window. This is not only boring, but clunky, and an annoyance at times. Being forced to build gauge and being unable to freely spend it as you used to seems counterproductive to the job design. Not only that, but it throws what used to be a well flowing rotation for a loop when you consider that you cannot end a burst on Burst Strike as the 20sec NM means the following Hypervelocity will not be buffed.

I, along with many others, believe making the stated changes will make the job more fluid, more engaging, and be an overall improvement to the current iteration of GNB in Endwalker. As for what the lvl88 trait should be, take your pick. Make Bloodfest give us a charge of Aurora back? Apply a debuff that returns a cartridge if the target dies similar to old Soul Survivor? Have it restore HP as a 900 pot cure? Take your pick.
