Dragondad Vrtra's Eye [Spoilers/Bug?]

So, there's a quest in Thavnair, the last one of the zone before going back to Radz-at-Han, where he comes down to chat. During the first cutscene, he clearly has both eyes to the point it seems to focus on the side of him that is usually eyeless (his right) having a most definitely normal eye in it.

Then in the next cutscene his eye is gone again. Is there something happening in the background where he just pops his eye back in again every now and then or is it simply an oversight for the cutscene where he has both of them?

He uses his second eye to animate Varshahn. When he's out flying with Estinien, he has both because Varshahn isn't around / needed, howveer when he's back at Radz, his favourite mammet announces him, and so he's back to having only one.

But yeah, thinking a dragon just enucleates himself every tim he wants to take a walk is strangely disturbing.

But we just free'd Tiamat and it felt like she'd be a huge player in this xpac...where'd the eff she go?

As for Azdaja, I'm wondering if we'll see him/her in Meracydia

Tiamat does get brought up, so she is around, she just might be kinda up to her own thing. Girl's been out of the loop for four Astral Eras at this point; I don't begrudge her for not being immediately up to date.
