    I'm so scared that this error is caused by me, not living in their region.
    SQEX region of service locked me out of everything except their digital products, can't even buy merchandise or books because they can't send it outside of their region coverage.

    Got an "escalation" whatever that means. Dunno how bloody hard it is to just apply a code to my account, but I'll be surprised if I'm back in the game by the end of this week. This is ridiculous. Mind you, I'm not blaming the CS folks for this, but it's absolutely bizarre how this entire system has been setup in the first place. I'm not trying to make a purchase, I'm trying to use the code I got off my steam account that's already associated with this service account.

    Generally speaking, I think the purpose of this step is to verify the ownership and birthdate with your SE ID, so passport should suffice. Due to different work requirements, some people are required to work at different locations/countries, so that's why I am of the opinion that the name and birthdate should be validated.

    If you can still play the game, sounds like you're already registered for EW. PS4/5 user register automatically, Windows via Square Store or Steam request second official code to be registered, Mac I believe is same as Windows. You trying to reregister something you already have registered can cause an error. If you SE account at the Mog Station shows Endwalker in the list of register expansion and you're still able to play sounds like you're registered. That just my guess.
