The support is closed during weekend eh? I see.Nope. I called last night before they closed. The answer I got was "your ticket is still in escalation and there is no ETA, but it is being worked on."
So, given their hours, it looks like I'm stuck until Monday. The queues I can deal with, not being able to play once I'm in is icing on the cake.
I agree, not being able to play the expansion I have been waiting so long is worse than queueing.
