You're quite lucky you can call themI tried again after waiting 24 hours and using my phone with no Wi-Fi but no dice. I called Square Enix and they referenced my ticket from over a day ago about this issue and said I needed to wait another 24 hours for the escalation. I am really, really, really
hoping they straighten this out before Saturday.
My region support centre closes the call service due to pandemic, as they say in the EU support centre

				Yeah, unfortunately my chats/calls are just tickets in the same pool, so we're in mostly the same boat, though I can call and ask about it. The answer I get is its being worked on though.
Will we get locked out of Endwalker zone, or will we be unable to play..

				Looks like its just limited to Endwalker.Square Enix: Yes, you will need to have registered the Expansion to access the characters or any other thing that is related to the Endwalker Expansion.
Me: Okay so until my escalated ticket is resolved, I can't access the game after today?
Square Enix: You should be able to access the game, but not the Endwalker Expansion related Items, Characters, etc.
