You can't log in with character that logged out on a EW job, in an EW area.
Not sure if having EW gear is already enough to lock you out.

Do NOT take my word on this as I dont know but MAYBE you can contact a GM about it if you can get in at all? I know in very specific circumstances they can refund lost items and such. Maybe one can I dont know...strip you of you job and TP you to a non-ew area? GM's tend to be pretty nice so I doubt it would hurt to just inquire about it.

Nope. I called last night before they closed. The answer I got was "your ticket is still in escalation and there is no ETA, but it is being worked on."

So, given their hours, it looks like I'm stuck until Monday. The queues I can deal with, not being able to play once I'm in is icing on the cake.

I agree, not being able to play the expansion I have been waiting so long is worse than queueing.

ya since they are closed weekends this sucks I wont be able to play this weekend because of this crap and i really want to play the game so badly but the ques are pretty high so far i bet makes no since to play right now since this crap happened

Same issue here with no responses from Square Enix Customer Support that actually help, and now I too am locked out of logging into my character since he's stuck on Reaper job in an Endwalker area. This is very frustrating and I don't know what else to do at this point, we all are waiting for a solution but it doesn't seem to be coming.
