    After Endwalker - older quest

    has anyone ran into the problem of not being able to complete or pick up older quests after finishing endwalker as the NPCs are no longer in certain areas?

    is there a work around? I havent found one yet

    There was a least one quest listed in Known Issues in the patch notes with that problem. You may want to check the list of Known Issues to see if the quest you're trying to complete was the one listed.

    Thanks that is one of them, I have another one that seems to based on the same thing. Is there a way to report it so they know?

    Go to the bug report forum. Check recent reports first to see if someone has already mentioned it so you can add your experience. If no one else has so you need to start a report, you need to use their bug report format but you can "N/A" any thing asked that doesn't apply.
