FFXIV keeps switching my character mid queue.

I am also having this issue. Get down to almost 1k in queue, then suddenly look up and it's back near 3k and a character 3 slots down my list is now highlighted. Anyone looking into this at all?

This is also and issue i've been dealing with and found no real solution. I've contacted support to be told it a congestion/data problem. I did what was suggested and even reinstalling the game hoping replacing files would work, but no dice. Below was the answer I've gotten, it haven't worked for me but it may at least give some clarity as to what might be happening. Really I'd like a fix but if it's really just congestion...then I guess that's it.

If anyone has an answer then that would be great. It is starting to get a bit annoying.
