Que Jumping

Okay so this is like the third time since I have been trying to log in. The que gets down below 2000 then all of a sudden I am back over 3600 in que when it refreshes. Also earlier the que was going up every time it refreshed. The que is bad enough but there should be no reason at all the you go back wards in it. I should also say that I did not get disconnected when the que jumped the number just went way up when it refreshed.

I was paying way more attention and it happened again. What is happening and I don't know how but one of my other characters is being chosen and qued I don't know why as I do not have any macros and my hands are off the keyboard when it happens.
