alt tabbing causing my game to disconnect

For the past few weeks I would get lag and crash.

Thought it was the game since alot of people where having issues but today after finishing the MSQ with no interruptions, I alt tabbed and when I went back, lag then disconnect.

Is there a reason for this to be happening?
