You're not poor. You had the funds to grow in preparation.

But so far, between the 5000+ queues, 2002 errors and lost queue slots after reaching <100, this "early access" is on par with the release of The Secret World a decade ago, where nothing reliably worked after transition from beta to release in ways a competent company could have prevented. At least they had an excuse for not fixing it quickly: they surprise-fired all their devs upon release during their week of downtime, and eventually were forced into the F2P sludge.
