Server transfer questions really confused.

So I am looking for a low population Central Standard Time NA server and I have no idea which one that would be. I am not gonna transfer unless I can figure this out otherwise would be pretty pointless for me.

When I start the transfer how quickly would I be able to play my character?

I read the requirements to be able to transfer and I do meet them all but I have to log in to actually be able to do some of them. -_-

The biggest thing is trying to find a low population CST server and figuring out how long it takes to transfer my character.

Mogstation is not allowing home world transfers. So even if you could log in to prepare your character, you won't be able to put in the request.

I have disbanded my FC and not selling anything, I am out here , people who want to be masochists with 6k queue be my guest. I am gone the first day world transfer is open

Me too... That's how I know the mogstation is messed up. I check it at least twice a day. Make sure you have nothing in storage if you have an apartment, it won't let you vacate of there's anything in there.
