Blizzard LS (Gungnir) opening recruitment

Blizzard (Gungnir) is a NA endgame shell capable of tackling the hardest content Square Enix has to offer. Most of our members have been playing together for well over a year and many of us have played since FFXIV launch (or even alpha/beta testing). Some of our most recent accomplishments include:

- Recently became the 1st NA shell to defeat Ifrit (Extreme) on the server and have put Relic weapons into the hands of 10 of our members.
- Over 100 pieces of Darklight gear farmed from AV/CC and counting.
- Countless (non-BLM burn) Garuda kills pre and post nerf, equipping many of our members with 7/7 Garuda weapons.
- Hamlet defense domination, acquiring about 130 beastman seals in a few weeks time.

We are a relatively small tight-knit group of players (about 15-18 active) but for the first time we are opening our doors in anticipation of Version 2.0. We are looking for a few more skilled, active players to round out our group. As noted by the dev team, there will be content for up to 24 man teams and we would like the roster to be able to handle this in-house.

We pride ourselves in our versatility, as our members are well versed and well geared to play many different roles. This allows us to try various setups regardless of the content without having to change out who is in the party. We are also proud of the unselfish attitude that our members possess in regards to loot drops & helping one another out. We remain relatively drama-free based off of the shell's Loot Council system (governed by 5 officers). Where as many different systems that employ point systems of one kind or another, in which a new player would have to wait a long time or until all other members with more seniority have received an item already before lotting, new members to Blizzard can expect to to receive your fair share of drops based off of time and effort put into our shell.

Typically as there are no scheduled events at any specific time/day since we are active almost every night, we expect members to make Blizzard their primary shell. This is not to say you are not allowed to do content outside of Blizzard or have to drop any of your social shells, only that you prioritize Blizzard first if we are running an event. We have many members on both east and west coast and it is not uncommon to have something running from as early as 5PM EST (or earlier on weekends) to as late as 3 AM PST.
