The queues themselves are to be expected, but many of us can't babysit a login screen all evening long for the very low chance we might get to play the game we paid for.
Well it is kind of impossible to give an ETA when the solution is basically more server hardware or less people playing. To be honest, I feel like people aren't cutting them enough slack when you consider how severe the chip shortage really and how screwed up the supply chains are. I honestly believe the 2002's in queue are a result of them pushing the login servers far more than they are supposed to and overwhelming the fail safes for things like network collisions, which causes the connection instability and packet losses that results in the 2002's.
