A friend of mine has an "unexpected Error" when he push the login button in the launcher. The Launcher closes and he cant play.

there are a lot of dx11.exe errors listed. is there any solution?

allready tryed:
run as admin
fresh installed
dx9
switched the drive

no logitech or other hardware installed. its a Laptop, drive up to date.
