I understand you’re very frustrated but snapping at customer support doesn’t do anything. At all.
They already have 100-1000 of system information and have gotten them every single week for 5 years and nothing has changed. I don't care about the human behind that avatar because it's always the same response, always the same suggestions and nothing helps. They need to escalate it to the developers because this problem has been occurring for more than 5 years and they have NEVER given an official statement or addressed this issue!
