Steps:
1. Log into game
2. Target something and watch it be highlighted (option is turned off)
3. Look at gear menu and see blackened backgrounds for soul and jewelry icons

The target highlight issue goes away after turning the option on and then back off. But I have to do this every time I log into game. The blackened backgrounds, I have no clue.

Is there a file I can delete or a file check option for the game that I don't know of that can fix this? I really don't want to re-install and re-patch everything again.
