The timing at which the free game time will be provided, as well as any additional extensions, will be announced at a later time.

I don't have a time machine so no, I did not get extra 7 days yet.

We still crashing in queue in midway and back to end of line, takes at least 3 hours to log in, can`t play during week cos queue , they wont add more worlds for another months.
Does anyone finds that maintenance fix anything less crash etc..... ? Trying to log in now already had crash from 3k back to 6k after relog

You... really ought to make sure you're more well informed before going off like you did. Players in fact have received compensation, because they in fact were slated to begin on Dec 7th.

OP, if you haven't applied a subscription and are only playing on the first free 30 days, you seem to be ineligible. If you do believe you are eligible, then, as the notice mentions, it may yet take a couple days to apply to everyone.

Game time extensions such as this do not count as new days subscribed and will not affect your subscription counter. The extension will just push your sub expiration date back. The only way to know when and if the time extension has gone through is to know when your sub expires and then check Mog Station to see if it's been pushed back.

The announcement explicitly states that people on the 30 days that come with the starter or complete editions are eligible.
