I read the Enhanced Meisui skill description totally wrong and though it meant ALL Bhava's while Suiton is ready were buffed. Didn't realize it was just a single buffed Bhava for 30s after Meisui. That's certainly easier than what I was doing.
Meisui and the upgraded Bhavacakra is tied to it too unless you want to manually cast a Suiton for it ( which you don't ).Using Ten Chi Jin to refresh your huton not only means you have to wait up to the two minutes for it to come off cooldown to refresh, but you're also losing a suiton/doton. AND still losing potency in the process. Suiton, assuming that's what you're not getting, and the one with the lower total potency, is 500 potency. You're giving that up to get a huton. And you're doing this instead of just using the 200 potency Hurajin instead of your first spinning edge in your rotation... which is also 200 potency.
It's clear you're either now intentionally ignoring the purpose of the attack, or just insisting on playing poorly. Regardless, I'm done trying to convince you the error of just using mudras to apply huton mid-combat.
So in reality it's 1000 potency in total lost.

Only a few things I wish were different: not losing your Raiju stacks if you use a weaponskill (it's like messing up mudras all over again ;-; )
And Phantom Kamaitachi being made an oGCD. Yes, it's because I want more oGCDs. I like the fast clicky buttons. But I also feel like the animation would work fine as an oGCD as well. Maybe I'm not using it optimally but I feel awkward sending out my shadow and having to wait a whole GCD for a ranged skill.
