Has an efficient EW leveling method been found yet?

Got my main to 90 now and been pumping quest XP into my harder to level alt jobs, Since I hit the 85 class story junction, its come back to needing to level roles I don't have much experience (Or in the case of tanking and healing Confidence) in playing.

Leveled a Tank, healer, Melee and magic DPS in ShB so I could see the Cardinal Virtues stuff (And was worth it) but right now, wanting to push the main story however saw Yoshi P encourage us to stop progression and do them at that point in the story.

So, as such we reach the question this topic raises, Is there a fast, Efficient way of Leveling in EW yet?
Dungeons are fine for my DPS roles but I'm very reluctant to do dungeon roulettes for tanking and healing, Too much pressure and not enough confidence in my skills there, don't want to waste everyone's time in the groups I end up in.
Know previously it was Bozja, that was a godsend, is it still 'relevant' for getting the 'harder' 2 roles to 85?

Dungeon spam with a pre-made group is the fastest leveling method.

There really isn't anything better for tanks/healers because while you can grind FATEs it's strictly slower then doing it on aDPS.

The same way as with every expansion, roulettes and current level dungeon spam.

Repeat the Dungeons and while waiting for queue to pop do Shared FATE grinding, and always do your dailies.

MSQ, sidequests for your alt and if a DPS trusts for instaqueue. Maybe regular dungeons if Tank.

80-90 atm. I'd say fates in new areas, new duties, and roulettes. If duty queues are taking time to pop then do fates while the queue is waiting to pop.

70-80 for sage and reaper. I'd say fates/roulettes to 71 then do either Bozja or Zadnor to 80.

Bozjan seems okay till 82-83 with side benefits.

FATEs get you two birds with one stone. Get the XP, and use the gemstones to buy crafting materials to use or sell. XP and Gil at the same time!
