Missing Achievement on The Lodestone History?

Greetings!

I don't know if this is something the LOC Team can answer, but I'll give it a try.

A couple of days ago I completed Hamlet Defense by defeating the Notorious Monster leader of the Ixal, Sazel Ciloc the Divine, receiving the Achievement “To Kill a Mocking Bird” and a new title (Divine Crusher).
However, I noticed I couldn't find it in the Achievements menu, and after some research I discovered it was “hidden” in the “Quests” Category. Shouldn't it be in Battle?

I also noticed that the respective Achievement on The Lodestone History, that usually appears when you receive one in Eorzea, didn't appear for defeating this Notorious Monster.
To sum it up, my questions are:

1. Is the “Quest” category correct for the Achievement “To Kill a Mocking Bird”?

2. Is the Achievement missing from The Lodestone History or is it intended not to have this one appear?

Unfortunately, the dev in charge has fallen into the habit of lumping "grey area" achievements into the Quest category (even though I agree with you that this one isn't all that grey...). His unassailable rationale is that these "endeavors" provide rewards, so...quest. This is also the reason behest-related achievements have been thrown into the same category. Sadly, we in localization are powerless to do anything about this, so it's going to be staying as is for the foreseeable future.

2. Is the Achievement missing from The Lodestone History or is it intended not to have this one appear?

This is a known bug that the Lodestone team has already been made aware of. I am told that it will be remedied in the very near future.
