    I'm dumb...Please help!

    I was on the Mogstation today to look at my account (since I can't log in). I realized today, December 7 around 6p PST that I had only registered the Endwalker Preorder Items and Bonuses which I believe also has Early Access. I had failed to register the actual Endwalker product.

    My question is: am I eligible for the "free" 7 days? I ask because the official statement mentioned owning an active sub and the "Full Version" of FF XIV as of December 7 12a PST

    I'm already upset I can't play and this would just be even more salt in the wound. thank you!
