I agree, but as the development team mentioned recently in an announcement, they wanted to add more servers but couldn't due to global shortages of things they need to do that because of the pandemic. So they have done everything they can, but unfortunately the demand is too high at this time for what they are able to provide. I feel bad for all NA players, but this is something that is only partially fixable by the development team at this time.
