    no sign of my preorder , is this normal ?

    hello i preordered endwalker collector's edition today on eu squareenix store and there is no sign of the order when i enter my account ? no email no order history nothing ..
    the only thing i got is an email from PayPal of the money that have been withdrawn ..
    and this happened to someone i know to so it's not just me and they bought it a week ago they contacted the help center and still no answer ?? the early access is a few day away and we still don't have our codes .. don't tell me to contact the help center because we both did and waiting .. again it's the EU help center
