    Error Code: i2501

    Hi everyone. Bought my Endwalker Collector's edition on steam and now can not add it to my SE account. It gives me that error message : "You cannot use this function.
    Please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre for additional details.
    Error Code: i2501". Pre Order code worked just fine and i was able to get all my stuff + early access. Has anyone run into the same problem here or it just me?><

    Same here! I have done every suggestion, even asked my trusted friends who were able to enter their code to log in into my account and made them helped entering the code, and still got the error!

    Over here too. Haven't had this problem for the longest time now ever since I first joined this game idk why I'm struggling now.
    I just hope this is resolved before early access is over I would be quite mad if I can't suddenly play the expansion I paid for because pre order codes and actual codes appear to be separate entities entirely (why is this even a thing honestly at least make it so collector's edition codes is only just for the bonus items).

    I come bearing news of better tiding I guess. I finally successfully registered my EW code proper! I just... had to do it on my phone using 4G... because the i2501 is """protecting""" my account from shoddy internet...

    ....I got error even when I tried with incognito on and off on phone/mobile data (4G as well)

    They just replied to my I2501 error form with “please try again in 24hours”…I don’t even know what to say at this point.
