    Order canceled?

    Forgive me. I'm not a new player. Just for some reason this is literally the -only- place I was able to post this (if there is a mod who can move this thread, I would greatly appreciate it.)

    I'm posting this to find out if anyone else had this issue that I'm dealing with - I'm still waiting for SE to get back to me regarding it.

    I bought EA Endwalker back in October. I bought the mac code by mistake, put a ticket in to cancel it then bought the PC version.
    I got the EA code, put it in, have been in EA and playing.
    Today I noticed I never got the Endwalker code, so I went back to look at my orders. It says 'Canceled' on the PC edition.
    I'm still in EA though.
    So of course I checked my bank. I see the order number & price as outgoing but I don't see any refunds, so if it was canceled (and I absolutely never canceled the pc version) then I wasn't given my money back.

    SE hasn't answered my ticket yet and admittedly I'm growing a bit nervous. Trying not to be impatient, but I bought the game when I had the money to spend and now with the holidays, rebuying it isn't an option right now, so I'm dying to figure out what's going on exactly.

    Did anyone else have this happen to them? And if you did, how did you resolve it?

    Updating because I have no idea what to do. SE sent me this and I'm starting to panic because this is clearly an auto response. Is there a live chat or number I can call???

You may also try using a smartphone running on a mobile data connection (WiFi disabled).     I’ve gone through a number of ticket situations, it usually takes 3-4 responses back and forth before you see someone has actually read through it. I suspect the first 2-3 replies come from bots that pick up a random word and spit something back at you that never has anything to do with your inquiry. I don’t have the phone number handy, but there is a toll call you can make.

    They do something very weird with ordering. Assuming you mean EA to be early access, when you bought it you got an e-mail pointing you to a page at SE that had your EA Registration, that same page this Tuesday past also had the full game code. Probably why EA last’s through Friday, I bet this move confused a lot of folks.

    You can also check you account details to see which version you are licensed for.

    Dont give up msg billing and tell them what happen . Dont get mad just remeber you get more with honey then vinger . My second family owned th clothes
