Yeah. I definitely get that, but I know a lot of friends from very popular servers that had some pretty decent queue times before the FF14 surge occurred. It's a serious annoyance not to be able to get right back in after a crash when you're raiding/dungeons/pvp... and it's something that doesn't effect just you.
