My list of frustrations go on and on. This early access and launch has been a nightmare for me. I take my kids to school in the morning and work. By the time I get home it's a 5k queue. The issue doesn't stop here. If I walk away for ANYTHING I need to do for my kids I'm booted from the queue and not able to re-enter due to errors. I lose my spot in queue EVERY TIME. This has been the template of my frustration since the release of EW. I'm fed up. And shame on you Square.

Hi, I drive 1h15m to work, work 8 hours, and drive 1h15m back, and still find time to play even with my laundry list of stuff I need to do.

I empathize so much. FFXIV was my chill spot after work and now it just frustrates the hell out of me.

yes, the more they see it as a new thread, the more they comprehend this is unacceptable to skimp on server space. they knew this was going to be the congestion and should have planned for it, but like with every money first organization they are choosing not to optimize for the sake of profit margins. sure player logins will equalize eventually, but that excuse them selling a product that is virtually unplayable. if we just keep commenting in the same thread they'll just conclude it's an ongoing deliberation between fans and not a problem.

The lack of empathy from some members of this great community is truly disgusting. I hope the mods start doing something about this.

@OP I feel you. I also have very limited playtime availble due to work and the time I arrive home coincides with peak USA hour, which lasts till 3 AM my local time, so I have not been able to play the game at all due to 7k queues, error 2002, 4002 and dxerrors that I've reported in detail all the way back to february.

After hearing so many amazing things about this game it truly saddens me the way customers are treated and backed up by the community.

Just for clarification. At the people who are justifying this by saying they can find the play time. It's not 100% about the play time. It's about the time that I do have I don't have it sitting at my computer staring at numbers going down. And the disconnects that kick me from the queue prevent me from getting my turn. I returned at 3:00pm my time. It is now 6:20pm and I just straight up quit out of frustration from trying to get in.
