Scholars Harbor fishing hole should be salt water ocean.
Shrimp ball reads "freshwater"
Northern herring, fished in Scholars Harbor, reads "saltwater"

This is important, because I had a very hard time figuring out which baits work.
Northern herring only seems to come up with versatile lure and shrimp balls.
Such is very disappointing, because usually you can use a specific lure to get more of a specific fish.
