So apparently this is how Square-Enix collects technical support issues? I post on a forum and my problem gets solved? This runaround trying to figure out how to get heard is absurd. The directions for reporting technical issues is worse than the actual process, assuming I've guessed the correct process. Poor service for a company taking my money.

To report again, since all your replies have been cryptic and ambiguous, I can log in to the game, but none of my gear sets on ANY of my characters on ANY world exist. My character is wearing whatever gear it last wore and that's it. No gear sets.

I would like my gear sets back. If you can't do that, then I want a refund for the entire time I've been playing since all of my time playing has now been erased.

But seriously, this has to be a joke. I bet Square-Enix doesn't even have technical support for customers.
